Booking and Reservations:
Members can book their stays up to 12 months in advance.
Reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur fees.
In case of cancellation, a notice period of at least 30 days is required. Cancellation charges may apply
Guest Policy:
Members are allowed to bring guests during their stays, subject to resort policies.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Guests must comply with hotel rules and regulations.
Use of Amenities:
Members are entitled to use all hotel amenities and facilities during their stays.
Any damage caused to resort property or amenities will be the responsibility of the member.
Membership Termination:
Hotel reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of terms or any unlawful behavior.
Termination may result in forfeiture of membership fees.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Hotel, such as natural disasters or other emergencies, the resort may temporarily close or restrict access. In such cases, members will be informed as soon as possible.
